The Davinci Flower Shop and Home Decor gift card (hereinafter referred to as "Gift Card") is a prepaid card that can be used to purchase products available on our website. Gift Cards are valid only for purchases made directly through our store.

Individual customers can buy gift cards via our website using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other accepted online payment methods.
Corporate customers may purchase in bulk and can pay via bank transfer or check.
Purchases of gift cards above $500 may require additional verification.
2.2 Recharge & Usage
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded after the initial purchase.
The full balance must be used before the card’s expiration date.
2.3 Returns & Refunds
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
2.4 Expiration & Reactivation
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of activation.
Expired gift cards may be reactivated at the company's discretion and used for up to 3 additional months.
3. Charges & Fees
There are no additional fees for purchasing or using a gift card.
No maintenance or service fees apply to unused balances.
4. Rights & Obligations
4.1 Usage Restrictions
Gift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible products on our website.
They cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
4.2 Handling of Improper Behavior
If a gift card is obtained or used fraudulently, the company reserves the right to cancel the card and take appropriate action.
5. Dispute Resolution & Liability
Any disputes regarding gift cards will be resolved under applicable laws.
The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards.
